August/Sept: Provide us with a list of your members that will move in Fall 2027
September: We will provide leases for review and signature
October: Deadline for completing leasing
If your group is interested in occupying either Saluda Landing or South Saluda for Fall 2027, please use the link below to start your group sign-up.
The group sign-up page includes a Google Spreadsheet to provide information for the members of your group. Feel free to submit this multiple times as you gather your group. We will use this information to better organize communication and remind the group of sign up deadlines.
This leasing process will conclude in early October 2026, so we want to help you gather all information needed to generate leases in a timely fashion.
We have several groups interested, so the earlier you reach out and provide resident information the better chances your group will have of meeting the October deadline.
