PLEASE READ: Mattresses and Furniture are NOT ALLOWED in the dumpster or next to the dumpster. Mattresses and Furniture MUST be placed on the STREET. They are NOT allowed on the sidewalk, but must be on the STREET.

We generally have a lot of move out activity in July. To ensure you have our undivided attention, you must schedule your move out where you will hand off keys and we will inspect your unit.

We only Schedule 1 appointment per unit - Please coordinate with your roommate.

Please schedule this appointment for a day when all furniture has been removed and the unit has been thoroughly cleaned.

After your inspection, we will email you a report of any repairs / cleaning expenses that are required. Any remaining security deposit amounts will be returned to you within 30 days of your lease expiration.
